out so sudden, Video call with Darren ! haha
For a very long time we dint meet.
and now he suddenly is in Canada having his high sch!
woa!!! what a news for me! haha!

hey! is a SUNDAY !!!
but i woke up at 7.15am!
why???
haha!
going to attend a yoga workshop organized by the UTAR Yoga society! ^^!
after planned for several months, at last i have the chance to try YOGA!
went with Dar! reached Student Pavilion K by 8.30am
due to some technical error , the workshop started at 9am.
had Yoga dance & some Yoga posture! woooo!!
enjoyed all the moves! it was really amazing!!!
i like the most was Shashaungasana ( helps to increase memory power )
and i also enjoyed the Yoga dance although it was a.....bittttt tiring haha!
the Kaoshikii ( stretch your whole body )
after the yoga practice, followed by meditation.
hmm. dunno why i cant really concentrate in it.
i thought of my PoPo during the meditation which made me felt SAD!
thats true. SAD.. the sad feeling.. Misses her too much!!!!
after that, LUNCH time! yeah! HUNGRY!!!
ate vegetarian food (home cooked)
very nice!!! i love the mix veges with curry! yeah!!!
after lunch, we had an extra 'psychology yogo' which involved lots of . . .
just a short presentation by DD. after that, we proceed to our healthy food section.
DD showed us some simply steps to cooked some healthy food! yeaH!
will try to cooked it next week ^^!
i found out something interesting!!!
Miso soup!!! it helps to reduce radioactive !!!! woaa!!
she suggested that we drink it EVERYDAY! yeah! but EXPENSIVE! haha
The workshop ended at 2.45pm!
Great workshop!
learn a lot of Yoga's posture and Yoga really a good way to reduce stress, help in relaxing!
besides, the meditation helps to cleanse our mind.
used during meditation.
