my 1st event, The Rise of Mummy- Welcoming Concert Oct 2012
ended gracefully with all the hard works of all the committees and crews.

As the chairman for this event, i think i only contributed 40% to this event?
Yes i admit it.. I was busy with my bro's convo..
that i really neglected my whole team for the one whole week.. sorry..
but i did put all my effort on the 2nd week.
but i still know that i messed up ..
i know that my vice chair did really lots of work..
for once, i thought of stepping down ..
since the beginning of the event, i knew that this is really a very small event ..
and i need to give freedom to the committees..
they need to learn.. we need to let them learn.. as we going to retire from this event ..
maybe we both dint have the same understanding .. so end up, you really did a good job!
as the other way, u said PERFECT. i get it! i really do..
i really never thought of that .. sorry ...
i know u gave all your hard work on this event, and yes! you deserve to be the best committee in this event!

throughout this event, i learn that i really need to be tougher not only external, but also Internal!
besides, i really need to learn to communicate..talk more?? hmm (quite hard)
