yeah , the 4rd trainig ...

this was the 4rd training we had....
today there were me , ben , esther , krystal , queenie and carie joined the training.
someone is missing again o today...
i think you all will know who is that person o...ha h a
i ran 2 rounds only....quite tired....
after we ran , me queenie and carrie went to play badminton with lii ern and her sister...
we played 1 hour from 4pm - 5pm....
is still ok for me, i stil not yet faint ...ha ha....
after 5 than we went home...
yeah the 4rd training was success ....yeah!!!成功!!!
